OR NOT??    Long-range transportation plans call for a Whitehurst Environmental Impact Statement to        
                                  begin in 2012.  It's in the Transportation Improvement Program, page D-22.  
The Campaign to Save The Whitehurst is a grassroots effort to raise awareness about the inadvisability of tearing down the  
          Whitehurst Freeway and  the inadequacies of  the Whitehurst Freeway Deconstruction Feasibility Study.
